Simon Cowell might be one of the most vain guys around, but he hasn't turned to plastic surgery yet. The 52 year old was spotted on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood with a suspicious band aid behind his left ear. Rumors ran rampant that he was recovering after going under the knife. But, no its not what you'd first think when seeing a celeb with bandages in Hollywood, turns out he just really clumsy. A source assures Us Weekly, Simon cut himself by accident. Its not surgery.
