NYC-based chillwavers Small Black, who also share members with darkwave trio Psychobuildings, will release their debut full-length, New Chain, October 26 via Jagjaguwar. This release follows on last year's self-titled EP, and finds them with the expanded line-up that includes Pitchfork.tv contributors Juan Pieczanski and Jeff Curtin.
