Snail Mail – “Tonight, Tonight” (The Smashing Pumpkins Cover)

I Saw The TV Glow is a real music nerd’s movie. In addition to a score by Alex G, its excellent soundtrack features Caroline Polachek, Phoebe Bridgers, Jay Som, Florist, and more. As if all that weren’t enough, Lindsey Jordan of Snail Mail fame has a supporting role. Apparently, Jordan also recorded a cover of the Smashing Pumpkins’ “Tonight, Tonight” for the film, but that scene was mostly edited out and the song wasn’t included on the proper soundtrack.
