Rapper-turned-music boss Snoop Dogg is eyeing his first big-name signing - former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher.The hip-hop star was unveiled as the new creative chairman of EMI's Priority Records in September (09), and he is looking to snap up a rock band for the label's roster.
