A label turns 18 in the UK, and it gets Saint Etienne, Edwyn Collins, Doves, and Chemical Brothers to play a weekend festival in celebration. As enticing as some of those Stateside perks are, we've got to say the label deal sounds quite a bit more appealing. The imprint in question is Heavenly Recordings, and the festival is called Forever Heavenly.
