Suggested Listening: Said The Whale

Said The Whale are a Vancouver 5 piece that have great indie pop tendencies coupled with an intensity that’s hard not to enjoy at least a little bit.  I’ll admit it.  I have an affinity for the Vancouver area.  My pops and bro live there so I’ve spent many a summer lovin’ up the northwest.  Said The Whale play music that reflect that city.  A west coast Californian feel, but some northern grit split down the center.  The result is something along the lines of The ...
