Susan Boyle Releases “Perfect Day” Music Video

Simon Cowell’s Britain’s Got Talent chanteuse just released her latest atrocity single, and sadly, the decision was made to completely bland out the plaintive “Beautiful Day” by Lou Reed. Boyle sings with terrible phrasing and no real understanding of the lyrics she’s performing. The bombastic choir in the background is overkill. Please Simon–leave the catalogs of the great songwriters alone! No wonder Reed didn’t clear the song for Susan to ruin sing on America...
