Talib Kweli, Hi-Tek set for second 'Rock the Bells' segment

Taking to the road to the first time as a duo, rappers Talib Kweli [ tickets ] and Hi-Tek [ tickets ] lead the lineup of this summer's "Rock the Bells Presents" hip-hop tour. The pair, performing as Reflection Eternal, will also be joined by Slaughterhouse, Slum Village and Supernatural on the trek, which kicks off Aug. 10 in San Diego, CA, and runs through an Aug. 31 Washington, DC, date.
