(May 25) -- David Byrne is suing Florida Gov. Charlie Crist for using a song in a campaign ad without permission. The former Talking Heads rocker says Crist had no right to use the band's 1985 hit "Road to Nowhere" in an online attack ad against Republican candidate Marc Rubio.
