The Cure's Emo EP Released, Robert Smith Gets Emo About It
As promised, the Cure's emo-friendly
Hypnagogic States EP -- complete with remixes of those LP13 pre-release singles by 30 Seconds To Mars, AFI, 65 Days Of Static, and Fall Out Boy -- is out. The royalties will benefit The International Red Cross. Robert doesn't want you to buy it just yet, though, because it's priced too high on iTunes. In true emo spirit, he wrote his label a dramatic letter worthy of Young Werther doing his best Ian MacKaye:
