The Depreciation Guild: "My Chariot"

On 2007's In Her Gentle Jaws, the Depreciation Guild-- led by Pains of Being Pure at Heart drummer Kurt Feldman-- mixed 8-bit synth melodies with swaths of guitar fuzz. "My Chariot", the first track from the group's new album Spirit Youth, plays with a similar aesthetic, though with gentler edges and a slightly more polished sound.
