Quite possibly the last thing you'd expect Tim Hecker to admit to possessing is a "tropical soul." Not only is he Canadian, but an artist best known for producing some of the most impressively glacial soundscapes just south of Thomas Köner's and Biosphere's arctic ambient masterworks.
