This compendium from the redoubtable Rough Guides doesn't have the chutzpah of the late Charlie Gillett's annual collections, but at £1.99 its 30 tracks are jaw-droppingly good value. It's download only, but you have to buy the cover in a record store to get your code – a marketing trick of the future, one suspects.
