They make balloons into a full-blown art

A group of balloon artists gathers twice a month at a Sunset Boulevard cafe to swap techniques and jokes. Says one member: 'The people here are pretty much the best in the world.'The only things missing when Los Angeles' top air artists get together are inflated egos.
