"Charlatan" Tim Burgess has been many things: the beautiful boy of baggy; a progenitor of Britpop; a falsetto soul man; breakfast cereal creator. For his first solo album in nine years, he went to Nashville to write and record with Lambchop and their main man, Kurt Wagner. Wagner supplied the lyrics, Burgess supplied the voice. Et voila!
