Cassettes- not actually a dead format! The 2018 cassette charts are in, and it turns out that we bloody love a good old fashioned cassette tape. Formerly binned off as a dead format, cassette tapes had a massive revival in 2018 with the UK Official Charts revealing that sales of the format were up 125.3% year on year for 2018- making sales of tapes the highest that they've been in over 10 years.
