VH1's 'Hip Hop Honors' to celebrate Def Jam Records

VH1 will honor the achievements of hip-hop label Def Jam Records for its sixth annual "Hip Hop Honors" celebration this October. The homage to the 25-year-old record label will air Oct. 13 from the Brooklyn Academy of Music's Howard Gilman Opera House.
