VOICEsVOICEs, the L.A. duo of Jenean Farris and Nico Turner, have a new EP out, titled Origins, that's produced by Prefuse 73's Guillermo Scott Herren. Herren's experimental fingerprints are all over this track, "Flulyk Visions", with it's droning atmospherics and vocals looped and inverted almost beyond recognition. VOICEsVOICEs will be touring Europe next month with Hope Sandoval and Brightblack Morning Light (for whom they'll sub as a backing band). Origins is out in January via Manimal Vinyl...
