A People magazine cover featuring a slimmed-down version of 48-year-old former "One Day at a Time" actress Valerie Bertinelli was revealed this morning on "The Today Show." Bertinelli, who has an 18-year-old child with legendary rocker Eddie Van Halen, is a spokesperson for Jenny Craig weight-loss program. She reportedly lost more than 40 pounds on the plan.
