Yes, that's him! Mr. Katy Perry himself! We almost didn't recognize him at first ourselves, but that is indeed Russell Brand in his teens. His eyes are what give him away - very distinct! Someone was a huge fan of Vanilla Ice back in the day, weren't they?! Ha!
