Warner Music facing $1m fine for violating child privacy law on Justin Bieber fansite

The Federal Trade Commission in America is proposing to fine a unit of Warner Music Group Corp. $1 million (£620,000) for violating a child privacy law in the operation of fan websites for artists including Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and Rihanna.
