The Shins recently fixed up their first tour van and are giving it away to whoever records the best cover of a song from their new album Heartworms . One of the latest entrants is Detroit indie musician Stef Chura, who just released her full-length debut Messes and turns "Half A Million" into a fuzzed-out rocker.
