X-Factor Finalists 2009 You Are Not Alone Live on The X-Factor

All twelve 2009 X-Factor finalists made their way to the stage tonight to perform their new single You Are Not Alone, a cover by the late, great Michael Jackson. Watch the video above which includes a segment about a young boy who bravely recovered from leukemia thanks to Great Ormond Street Hospital. The proceeds of this track will go to said hospital.
