XX - VCR (Four Tet remix)

Following on from Jamie XX’s steel pan driven solo foray, more forward sounds from the XX camp today with this remix of ‘VCR’ by fellow pioneer Four Tet. 9 minutes long, with twists and turns seemingly every second (my favourite is when the xylophones come in at 2mins 58 ) it’s another great album track remix, as good as John Talabot’s reworking of ‘Shelter’ and Jamie XX’s second take on Basic Space .
