Yo La Tengo readies new album, club tour

Yo La Tengo [ tickets ] has rolled out the itinerary for a busy North American tour to follow the release of "Popular Songs," the New Jersey trio's follow-up to 2006's "I Am Not Afraid of You and I Will Beat Your Ass." The new release was recorded early in the year around the band's hometown stomping grounds of Hoboken, NJ, and in Nashville with producer Roger Mountenot.
