Miley Cyrus has retracted an apology she issued in 2008 for a series of near-nude photographs shot for Vanity Fair. The photo, taken by iconic snapper Annie Leibowitz, prompted condemnation from critics who claimed that it was at odds with the then 15-year-old's squeaky-clean image as the star of Disney's Hannah Montana.
