Billy Cyrus Is a Total Stage Dad For Noah at the MTV Movie and TV Awards

The MTV Movie and TV Awards are set to be Noah Cyrus's big night - she's performing her new single "Stay Together" for the first time, and like any good dad, Billy Ray Cyrus also showed up to support his younger daughter. There's no sign of Miley at the event yet, but we're hoping for a whole lot of Cyrus family love before the night is over.
