Police to Burn House They Say Was Bomb Factory

A San Diego-area house that authorities say doubled as a bomb factory will be burned to the ground today in a spectacle involving dozens of law enforcement personnel. All of this is the result of a Serbian national, George Jakubec, who was arrested last month, police say, because he constructed bombs in the home in the upper-middle-class neighborhood.
