Shay Quillen: The Vaselines are back

For a band that released only one proper album, about 20 years ago, and never toured the States, Glasgow, Scotland's Vaselines left quite a mark. Now, at long last, the duo of Eugene Kelly and Francis McKee will make its San Francisco debut at 8 p.m. Monday at Bimbo's, 1025 Columbus Ave.
