Some are speculating that we might be getting a new Phoebe Bridgers album in 2026. In the nearly three years since she last released new music (by way of her band boygenius), we've witnessed the meteoric and mildly controversial rise of sombr, the viral New York pop star who looks very much like a lot of 20-year-olds who listen to Phoebe Bridgers.
